Premier Generators provides whole home standby generator sales, installation, service, repair, and maintenance for residential properties in Tennessee and Georgia. All work is performed by licensed and insured Premier Generators employees.
Quotes provided by Premier Generators are based on a site assessment of your property and are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Final pricing may change if site conditions differ from what was assessed, if code requirements change, or if the scope of work is modified at your request.
Appointment times are scheduled in good faith, but may be affected by weather, permitting timelines, equipment availability, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you of any changes to your scheduled appointment as soon as reasonably possible.
Installation timelines vary based on permitting requirements, inspections, equipment availability, and local utility coordination. Timelines provided are estimates, not guarantees. We will keep you informed of progress throughout the project.
Payment terms are specified in your signed agreement or invoice. Premier Generators accepts payment by check, credit card, and financing through approved lending partners. Financing is subject to credit approval and the terms of the financing provider.
Generator equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty (Generac). Premier Generators provides a workmanship warranty on installation labor as specified in your signed agreement. Warranty coverage may require enrollment in a maintenance plan and adherence to recommended maintenance schedules. Warranty claims should be directed to Premier Generators, and we will coordinate with the manufacturer as needed.
Maintenance plan terms, pricing, and coverage are described at the time of enrollment. Plans renew according to their stated terms unless canceled. You may cancel a maintenance plan by contacting us at customersupport@premiergenerators.com or calling (931) 787-9107.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Generators' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, or property damage not directly caused by our work.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Premier Generators, its employees, and its affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of generator equipment, failure to follow manufacturer guidelines, failure to maintain the equipment as recommended, or inaccurate information you provide to us.
Premier Generators is not liable for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to tornadoes, severe storms, ice storms, severe weather, utility outages, supply chain disruptions, government actions, or permit processing delays.
Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue mediation or binding arbitration in accordance with the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Cumberland County, Tennessee. This does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
